If Kaiser Pharmacy wasn’t laid out so poorly, they wouldn’t even need a sign. It is not unusual for it to take me more than one hour to pick up a refill for my Dad that has already been phoned in. Every time I have to deal with there pharmacy I marvel at their inefficiancy — maybe it is because they are busy adding quotes to their sign.

DO *NOT* TAKE “PICTURES” of the SIGN!!!!

It reminds me of a parking lot rules notice we got when entering an upscale west-LA apartment complex – it was so funny we saved it, though I’m not sure where at the moment, which is a shame because my memory won’t do it justice. Basically, though, every other line was “We will tow your car”… the phrase appears like 15 times on the page.
