Swimming is an Olympic sport, one we as a nation excel at.

Footy is proper Aussie Rules football. No pansy helmets, no poofy padding. Just raw man thumping brutality at it’s best. The ladies like it cause the shorts are tiny!

It’s a much bigger deal in Australia for some reason – employees get a 4-day weekend, and your wife gets very disappointed if you don’t hide some eggs even if she’s not in the least religious.

But there IS swimming on TV, which is – for some? – as good or better than “footy”…
