It’s All About Me, Isn’t It?

Posted on | November 11, 2005 at 4:00 pm | 2 Comments

Bowing to internal pressure (i.e. pressure from myself alone), I have finally capitulated and written an About Me page for this blog. More info on why is in there. The page will also be permanently linked in the sidebar over to the right under the “Pages” category. I will endeavor to keep it up to date and will hopefully add stuff regularly. I love talking about myself. If you have any questions you want answered, let me know, and I’ll put them in there if they’re not too rude (this means you, Jeff).

I have also redone the sidebar a bit to more accurately reflect my online life.

Latre.

  1. Rude? Me?

You say that your “About Me” entry is essentially “I Interview Myself” – yet the first thing you answer is how to contact you (e-mail is the first preference). So what I wanna know is: do you really e-mail yourself? (I do, in fact: it’s like leaving a memo…) Also, you wrote: “I still feel I have a novel or screenplay buried in me somewhere.” If you do have a screenplay buried in you somewhere, I just hope it’s not filmed by David Cronenberg.

That’s a really good point, 2fs! I put that “contact” thing in there last, and thought it should logically go at the beginning, but you’re right – it makes no sense. I’ve moved it to its own page.

Since many screenplays seem to come out of someone’s ass, your Cronenberg reference takes on a whole new ickiness.
