I thought you were a programmer, and that “software engineer” was a different job? ‘Cos if not, then *I* got the best job in the country too! So why am I trying to get away from it??

Actually, I’m an “Information Specialist”. I can’t tell you what that means though. It’s secret.

We were all programmers until every clown who wrote an Excel macro started calling themself a programmer too. Now we’re Software Engineers, Information Specialists and, in my case, a Code Warrior [with business cards to prove it, which really only proves that managers will sign anything :D]
