Too tired to blog… too much work…
I must give kudos to Apple, who sent me a replacement iPod yesterday. Looks like they only had my old one for a few hours before deciding it was not worth repairing. I hope this one lasts longer. Maybe if I don’t put the Moldy Peaches album into it…
And kudos to The Tennessean for cluing me in to this week’s episode of Chappelle’s Show, which was extremely humorous. I do catch the show from time to time, but not routinely. The latest episode had me doubled over with laughter, and I wanted to speak like Rick James all day at work today, but I didn’t think it would go over very well. Anyway, catch the rerun. Unity!
Oh yeah, I finally listened to So Much For The City by The Thrills and liked it a lot. It probably would’ve made my Best Albums of 2003 list if I had gotten it earlier. But I don’t understand why these Englishmen write so many songs about California. Methinks I’ll be catching up on 2003 music for several more months. I also bought the Let’s Active reissues, which I had been meaning to do for some time.
Okay, this is getting too dull. Latre.

Thanks for the shout-out! I must admit that reading me referred to by that moniker took me aback momentarily — I was thinking "Rog read about it in Nashville’s daily newspaper?" (click my link – baby? – and see). And even after 15+ years here, I still feel like the West Virginian, but I’m parochial like that.
It’s a good nom de blog, though, so I’ll take it. Makes me feel like I should get into a showdown with the Virginian or the Rifleman!
And I’m very glad that my rave led you to tune in to Chappelle, and that you liked that skit as much as I did. "That was weeks ago!"
