My automobile (2002 Acura RSX) got caught in a bit of a hailstorm yesterday, as did the cars of my co-workers. Luckily, I was not inside it at the time.
As you can see from the digital pix, the back window got blown out and the entire body has numerous dents. The windshield was also cracked (which you can’t really see in the picture) and had to be replaced. The insurance company had me get the windows replaced without the claims adjusters seeing it first (as you can imagine, they’re very busy right now), so I did that today. I’m still waiting for those adjusters to call me and set up a time to pay me back and estimate the body work. I’m guessing it’s going to be in the >$5K range.
I gotta keep telling myself, “It’s only transportation!”

Ugh, Flasshe! So sorry. Well, like you said, at least you weren’t in the car when it happened.
