…This Must Be Belgium

In an effort to try to make Thursdays less appealing and the weekend more so, I have shifted my laundry day from the weekend to Thursday. This seems to be working out fairly well, as I’m almost always home on Thursday night. But it’s almost working too well. Thursday is now one of my least favorite days of the week, nearly up there with Monday.

So, is it out of the ordinary that I do the laundry once a week, on the same day every week? I don’t think I could last much longer than that, as I don’t really have much more than a week’s worth of the “essentials”. Actually, I usually let the jeans go longer than a week and just wash them whenever needed.

I’m still trying to get my fingernail clipping on a weekly schedule, but I can’t go that long. Any length at all makes it uncomfortable to type.

Showering remains on a daily schedule, which I’m sure my cow-orkers appreciate.

Latre.

I’d suggest combining showering and banging your clothes on rocks to clean them, which if you do it right should wear down your fingernails as well.

Does that mean I have to bring rocks into the shower?

Probably, or you could go down to the crick and position your garden hose to deliver a refreshing icy spray over you while you launder. Remember, the secret is to bang the rocks together, guys.
